1. What does a financial advisor do? What do we specifically do at Reich Asset Management?

At Reich Asset Management, we do more than manage investments. We serve as your financial partner by helping you create a personalized plan designed around your goals, values, and priorities. Our team of financial advisors provides ongoing guidance and support in areas such as retirement planning, investment management, tax-efficient strategies, estate planning coordination, and major life decisions. We're here to simplify the financial planning process and help you feel confident about your financial future.
2. How is Reich Asset Management different than other firms?
We believe financial planning is about more than investments. Our goal is to build long-term relationships by understanding your life, your values, and your goals. Every recommendation is tailored to your unique situation, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
3. Who will I work with?
You'll have a dedicated advisor supported by our client service and operations teams. Working together as a team, we're committed to providing responsive communication and a smooth experience every step of the way.
4. What if my goals change?

6. How do I get access to my money?
Your money is always yours. If you need to make a withdrawal or transfer funds, simply cont,act our office and we will assist you. Depending on the type of account and account carrier, processing times may vary, but our team is here to make it as smooth and efficient as possible.
7. How can I see my accounts?
You'll have access to your Kestra accounts through their Wealthscape secure online portal and mobile app. During the onboarding process, you will be provided with instructions to register for Wealthscape and to enroll in e-delivery for statements, tax documents, etc. If you ever need assistance accessing your accounts, we're happy to help.
8. What if something happens to Reich Asset Management?
Client assets are not held by Reich Asset Management. Brokerage accounts are carried through Kestra Investment Services, LLC and held at National Financial Services LLC (NFS), a Fidelity Investments® company. Because assets are held at an independent custodian, clients retain ownership of their assets and continue to have access to account information and statements regardless of changes to our firm.

As part of our effort to provide you with quality service, client brokerage accounts are held at National Financial Services LLC (NFS), a Fidelity Investments company. Established in 1983, National Financial Services LLC is one of the largest providers of brokerage services.
- A custodian is a financial institution that has certain regulatory responsibilities for an investor’s securities.
- A clearing firm is an organization that, among other things, handles the execution, clearance, and settlement of transactions.
Our broker-dealer and National Financial Services LLC play different roles with respect to the servicing of brokerage accounts.
The role of our broker-dealer:
- Opening, approving, and maintenance of accounts
- Determining the best interest of the investments in your account based on information you provide to us
- Responding to any questions or inquiries related to your account
- Educate on policy and procedures
As custodian of your brokerage account, National Financial Services LLC, at the direction of our broker-dealer, is responsible for:
- The execution, clearance, and settlement of securities transactions
- The preparation and delivery of transaction confirmations and periodic statements of your account
- The custody (or safekeeping), receipt, and delivery of funds and securities
- The extension of margin credit upon approval
