As Chief Operating Officer and Partner, Amy provides the strategic leadership behind Reich Asset Management's operations, driving the systems, processes, and initiatives that support the firm's continued growth. She works alongside the firm's leadership team to execute Reich Asset Management's long-term strategic vision while building the operational foundation that allows advisors to focus on what they do best—serving clients. From implementing innovative technology and optimizing workflows to leading strategic planning, developing talent, and fostering a culture of excellence, Amy plays an integral role in ensuring the firm continues to deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting sustainable, long-term growth.
Amy's leadership extends well beyond the firm. Appointed to Kestra's Staff Advisory Council in 2020, she served among an elite group of operations professionals from across the country, providing strategic feedback to enhance advisor support, operational efficiency, and the overall client experience. She also served on Kestra's Technology Council, helping evaluate emerging technologies that improve advisory firm operations.
Her commitment to leadership and community service has earned numerous honors throughout her career, including the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce's 2016 Young Professional Award and 2018 Volunteer of the Year Award, recognition as one of Atlantic City Weekly's Top 40 Under 40 in 2012, the 2024 Woman of Wonder Award presented by the Cape May County Women's Commission and the Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation, and selection as the 2025 Women of Achievement Honoree for Cape May County by Scouting America Garden State Council.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and French from Lafayette College and holds her Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations, along with her New Jersey Life Producer License. She remains actively involved with her alma mater as an Alumni Admissions Representative and chapter leader for the Jersey Shore South Alumni Chapter.
Deeply committed to strengthening the Cape May County community, Amy serves as President of the Love of Linda Cancer Fund, a nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to local cancer patients and their families. She is the immediate past Chairwoman of the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Chamber's Education Foundation Board, chairs the Chamber's Strategic Planning Committee, and is a graduate of Leadership Cape May County. She previously served on the Cape May County Women's Commission.
Outside the office, Amy enjoys expressing her creativity through painting and serves on the Board of the Ocean City Fine Arts League, where her work is displayed at the Art on Asbury Gallery. She is also an avid home cook and author of the food blog Sunday Girl Eats, which is featured in Ocean City Magazine. A native of Wildwood Crest, Amy resides in Ocean City, New Jersey.
